Case 1 – Lumbar Canal Stenosis

• 54 yr male patient having severe back pain and both legs pain with inability to walk for more than 5mins
  Both legs claudication present
• Diagnosis – Lumbar Canal Stenosis
• Surgery – Decompression (Laminectomy) and Fixation with pedicle screws
